Hi Friend – I’m Malene.
I’m a Mother, an Entrepreneur, a dreamer, a passionate leadership expert, an opportunity hacker, and a hygge ambassador. That means that I love finding solutions to all business and leadership problems – with a cup of something warm, and maybe with something home baked on the side.
I live in a small house in the forest, in Denmark – I grow my own food, bake at every occasion, get distracted by kids, and have a wonderfully chaotic life, just the way I like it. My passion is to empower female entrepreneurs, just like you, to be confident in the way they want to lead their life and business.
LEadership is a way of life
Over the past 25 years I have been doing leadership out in the world, and learned about it the hard, learning by fucking up way. I have cried with/over team members, and I have been frustrated when things didn’t work out. I have been over the moon excited when things have worked out, and teams have been back on track with my help. On top of that I have a degree in international business and marketing.
I started my online business in 2018, with 3 kids at home, and little spare time. It started as a blog, that then turned into a pinterest VA business. During a mastermind to grow that Pinterest business, everyone was blown away by my unique views on leadership. These thoughts had been on my mind for 15 years – but I never thought that it would be a business. When I spoke to online entrepreneurs after that, every conversation about leadership led to “aha-moments” and them growing their business in new ways.
I found that my approach to online leadership is quite unique. And my approach to leadership is more than being a “manager”. I believe that leadership is something you need to apply to every part of your life, not just your business to ensure that you create a sustainable life for yourself.
